Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment within 72 hours, please reach out to Tangerine Wax Studio directly. A 50% fee will apply to all booked services. For cancellations made 24 hours before your appointment, a 100% fee will be charged to the card on file. Additionally, if you exceed the 7-minute grace period without contacting us, it will be considered a NO SHOW, and you will be charged the full amount for the services booked. Please get in touch if you are within the 72-hour window, running late, or experiencing an emergency! I will do my best to accommodate you!
